Ltd.  was incorporated in Singapore  in 1990 and is the largest privately owned Central Monitoring Station in Singapore and comprises a group of security alarm companies that  offers a full-range of security products and services for financial, retail, industrial, government and commercial businesses to security product manufacturing and system integration. The group now comprises  8 companies in 4 countries.

DAT is also an approved BCA contractor under ME04 Communication & Security Systems Financial Grade : L3 ( $4.5 million ).
The Contractors Registry is administered by the Building and Construction Authority ( BCA ) to serve the procurement needs of government departments, statutory bodies and other public sector organisations. The Registry functions as an administrative body only for the public sector procurement. As such, business entities which are not registered with BCA are not procluded from conducting business as contractors or suppliers outside the public sector. Registration status shall be accorded only to firms which BCA considers as having sufficient resources, experience and technical expertise to undertake contracts of a nature and size as defined by the Registration Head and the grade allocated.
